While their roots lie in different cultures—Symington with its British-Portuguese heritage and Sagardi with its Basque origins—both share a passion for celebrating regional identity through exceptional wine and cuisine. As valued members of the BPCC community, their coming together makes this a truly unique collaboration to experience.
Ahead of the event, guests will be invited to answer a few simple questions. Their responses will unlock a bespoke tasting experience, revealed only upon arrival.
As the sun sets over Porto, each guest will discover their own Sunset Signature: a carefully curated pairing designed to surprise, delight and spark conversation.
