According to a recent article by Bloomberg, the vast majority of people in Portugal think the country has a housing crisis as home prices rose 13% in the third quarter of last year in Portugal. Pressure is also mounting to cut incentives for foreign home buyers as the country grapples with rising property prices and a shortage of affordable housing.
