Pinto Ribeiro Advogados announces the reinforcement of its team of partners with the promotion of two new partners – Marcos Sousa Guedes and Nuno Lucas.

With this promotion, Pinto Ribeiro Advogados now has 5 partners and 30 lawyers.

Marcos Sousa Guedes has been working at Pinto Ribeiro Advogados since 1999 (at the time still J.A. Pinto Ribeiro) and coordinates the Banking and Finance Department. He is responsible for the legal advice to some of the most high profile national and international banking institutions and financial companies. He has extensive experience in the areas of compliance, regulation and banking and financial supervision, structured finance operations, venture capital, project finance

Nuno Lucas has been working at Pinto Ribeiro Advogados since 2008 (at the time still J.A. Pinto Ribeiro) and he is the Coordinator of the Litigation Department, handling matters related to Civil and commercial litigation. He has a vast experience advising institutional and private clients in the mentioned areas, as well as extensive know-how in advising institutional clients in Banking and Financial Law.
