AG INTERNATIONAL is a Portuguese law firm based in the Algarve, South Portugal. The legal practice started in 1997 by Cláudia de Sousa Antunes.

In 2009, Gustavo Lopes Guerreiro joined the team.

Cláudia had been serving the international community in the Algarve’s Golden Triangle of Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and all over Portugal.

During his second year of law school, Gustavo Guerreiro started to cooperate in the office, working as a paralegal. At the time, the legal services were of general practice, namely property sales due diligence, corporate advice and litigation services on tax, civil and criminal law. After graduation, Gustavo joined the team.

With his IT background, new tools were added to improve networking and company efficiency. This change allowed the organization to grow and to operate on a multi-user basis, with full integration and task assigning to paralegals, solicitors and barristers. Our solicitors and barristers are members of the EALAW - European & American Lawyers Network and BUCKLES Network in the UK, both very successful international partnerships.

Experience and technology combined triggered an expansion policy and solidified a worldwide operation, which fuses legal practice with the necessary backup from other knowledge areas, all essential to fulfil clients’ expectations.
