James Rawes is a long established Lisbon firm of Shipping, Forwarding, Survey & Claims and Settling Agents.
We are one of the leading representatives of Cruise Lines in Portugal, we also deal with a variety of tramp shipping including tankers, bulk carriers, oceangoing and salvage tugs, and act as agents for various shipping lines, providing a total husbandry service for Vessels. We have our own offices in Lisbon, Porto, Sines and Portimão.
Our Company has been Lloyd´s of London Agents in Lisbon since 1873 and in Porto since 1879.
Today our Lisbon and Porto offices are the two Lloyd´s Agents for Portugal. Our Claims Department handles Claims adjusting and general cargo surveys and represents underwriters for subrogation claims.
