Our next round table discussion will be on the expectations of how the telecoms sector might evolve to serve the never-ending demands for more efficient services and innovative applications.
The Chamber regularly organises convivial gatherings of individuals from a cross-section of the business community to what we have come to refer to as “brainstorming think-tank lunches”.
The purpose is to stimulate an exchange of perspectives from a diverse group sharing thoughts on how evolving trends in the workplace might impact on their own organisations. In recent gatherings we have debated themes such as “Mindfulness – a collective responsibility for avoiding ‘burnout’ and preserving the mental wellbeing of our workforce”: “The Fourth Industrial Revolution – where will all the jobs go?”; “Defining your value proposition – and how to implement it”; “The contribution of high quality international schools for attracting foreign companies”.
This lunch will be held at at Santiago de Alfama – Boutique Hotel.
