ASSEMBLEIA GERAL ORDINÁRIA

CONVOCATÓRIA

Nos termos do artigo 15º dos Estatutos, fica convocada a Assembleia Geral Ordinária da CÂMARA DE COMÉRCIO LUSO-BRITÂNICA para reunir no 6º andar da Rua Castilho 165, Lisboa pelas 11.30 horas do dia 21 de Julho de 2025com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:

1. Discutir, alterar e votar o Relatório e Contas da Direcção e o Parecer do Conselho Fiscal, referentes ao exercício de 2024 e apresentação das atividades decorridas em 2024 até ao final do primeiro semestre de 2025.

2. Proceder à apreciação geral da administração e fiscalização da associação.

3. Deliberar sobre qualquer outro assunto, que tenha sido apresentado por email ou por escrito na sede social da Câmara, até ao dia 14 de Julho de 2025.

Se a esta primeira Convocatória não comparecer o número estatutário de metade dos Associados, fica desde já feita segunda Convocatória para meia hora depois (12.00 horas) deliberando, então, a Assembleia com qualquer número de Associados, em conformidade com o disposto no nº 3 do artigo 15º dos Estatutos.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE

According to Article 15 of the Statutes, you are invited to attend the British-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on the 21st July 2025
at 11:30am at Rua Castilho 165, 6th floor, Lisbon. The order of business is as follows:

1. Discussion, revision and voting on the General Report and Accounts for 2024, and the opinion of the Audit Committee, and presentation of the activities that took place in 2024 until the end of the first half of 2025.

2. General evaluation of the administration and statutory auditing of the association.

3. Discussion of any other issue that has been formally presented to the Chamber by email or sent to the Chamber’s headquarters by the 14th July 2025.

Should the necessary quorum of at least half the associates fail to be met for the initial notice, a second meeting has been provisionally scheduled for half an hour later (12:00pm). This second meeting may validly be held with any number of members present, in line with number 3 of Article 15 of the Statutes.
