ASSEMBLEIA GERAL ORDIN\u00c1RIA<\/h2>\n

CONVOCAT\u00d3RIA<\/h2>\n

Nos termos do artigo 15\u00ba dos Estatutos, fica convocada a Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria da C\u00c2MARA DE COM\u00c9RCIO LUSO-BRIT\u00c2NICA para reunir no audit\u00f3rio da Ordem dos Economistas na Rua da Estrela, 8 \u2013 1200-669 Lisboa pelas 12.00 horas do 6 de Junho de 2018 com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:<\/p>\n

1. Discutir, alterar e votar o Relat\u00f3rio e Contas da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o e o Parecer do Conselho Fiscal, referentes ao exerc\u00edcio de 2017.<\/p>\n

2. Proceder \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o geral da administra\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade.<\/p>\n

3. Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da renuncia como membro da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o do Sr. Charles Cutler.<\/p>\n

4. Nos termos do artigo 10\u00ba n\u00ba 4 dos estatutos, ratificar a coopta\u00e7\u00e3o para a Direc\u00e7\u00e3o dos Srs. Bruce Hawker e Jo\u00e3o de Sousa Guimar\u00e3es, para exercer fun\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 final do actual mandato em curso.<\/p>\n

5. Deliberar sobre qualquer outro assunto, que tenha sido apresentado por escrito na sede social da C\u00e2mara em Lisboa, at\u00e9 ao dia 30 de Maio de 2018.<\/p>\n

Se a esta primeira Convocat\u00f3ria n\u00e3o comparecer o n\u00famero estatut\u00e1rio de metade dos Associados, fica desde j\u00e1 feita segunda Convocat\u00f3ria para meia hora depois (12.30 horas) deliberando, ent\u00e3o, a Assembleia com qualquer n\u00famero de Associados, em conformidade com o disposto no n\u00ba 3 do artigo 15\u00ba dos Estatutos.<\/p>\n
