O workhsop de Faltas, F\u00e9rias e Licen\u00e7as \u00e9 destinado a: Todos trabalhadores que exer\u00e7am fun\u00e7\u00f5es na \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos e de apoio \u00e0 gest\u00e3o e pessoas que tenham interesse em explorar o tema.<\/p>\n

OBJETIVOS<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Abordar a base legal dos regimes de faltas, f\u00e9rias e licen\u00e7as;
\n\u2022 Conhecer o regime dos v\u00e1rios tipos de faltas e licen\u00e7as com e sem remunera\u00e7\u00e3o;
\n\u2022 Saber os procedimentos a adotar de cada um dos processos relativos a falta e licen\u00e7as e seus reflexos;
\n\u2022 Conhecer o regime das f\u00e9rias e suas implica\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/p>\n

\n2. V\u00e1rios tipos de faltas e licen\u00e7as sem remunera\u00e7\u00e3o
\n3. Procedimentos a ter relativos a faltas e licen\u00e7as
\n4. Consequ\u00eancias das faltas injustificadas
\n5. As regras da parentalidade previstas no C\u00f3digo do Trabalho
\n6. Efeito das f\u00e9rias no ano de admiss\u00e3o e anos subsequentes<\/p>\n
