CONVOCAT\u00d3RIA<\/p>\n

Nos termos do artigo 15\u00ba dos Estatutos, fica convocada a Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria da C\u00c2MARA DE COM\u00c9RCIO LUSO-BRIT\u00c2NICA para reunir na sala de reuni\u00f5es online ZOOM pelas 11.30 horas do 22 de Junho de 2021 com a seguinte ordem de trabalhos:<\/p>\n

1. Discutir, alterar e votar o Relat\u00f3rio e Contas da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o e o Parecer do Conselho Fiscal, referentes ao exerc\u00edcio de 2020.<\/p>\n

2. Proceder \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o geral da administra\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

3. Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da ren\u00fancia como membro da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Sr. Fabrice Jean Antoine Lachize.<\/p>\n

4. Prop\u00f5e-se, assim, que os associados deliberem proceder \u00e0 altera\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo d\u00e9cimo oitavo n\u00famero tr\u00eas dos estatutos, passando o mesmo a ter a seguinte redac\u00e7\u00e3o: \u201cOs membros da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o elegem de entre eles o seu Presidente e um a tr\u00eas Vice-Presidentes\u201d.<\/p>\n

5. Mais se prop\u00f5e conferir a qualquer membro da Direc\u00e7\u00e3o os mais amplos poderes para que, individualmente, possa outorgar a competente escritura de altera\u00e7\u00e3o de estatutos, nos termos ora propostos.<\/p>\n

6. Deliberar sobre qualquer outro assunto, que tenha sido apresentado por email ou por escrito na sede social da C\u00e2mara, at\u00e9 ao dia 14 de Junho de 2021.<\/p>\n

Se a esta primeira Convocat\u00f3ria n\u00e3o comparecer o n\u00famero estatut\u00e1rio de metade dos Associados, fica desde j\u00e1 feita segunda Convocat\u00f3ria para meia hora depois (12.00 horas) deliberando, ent\u00e3o, a Assembleia com qualquer n\u00famero de Associados, em conformidade com o disposto no n\u00ba 3 do artigo 15\u00ba dos Estatutos.<\/p>\n

\nANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<\/p>\n

NOTICE<\/p>\n

According to Article 15 of the Statutes, you are invited to attend the British-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce\u2019s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on the 22nd June 2021 at 11:30am in the online meeting room \u201cZOOM\u201d. The order of business is as follows:<\/p>\n

1. Discussion, revision and voting on the General Report and Accounts for 2020, and the opinion of the Fiscal Council.<\/p>\n

2. General evaluation of the administration and statutory auditing of the association.<\/p>\n

3. Acceptance of the resignation of the member of the board of Mr. Fabrice Jean Antoine Lachize.<\/p>\n

4. It is proposed, therefore, that the members decide to amend article eighteen number three of the statutes, with the following wording: \u201cThe members of the Board of Directors elect their President and between one and three Vice-Presidents from among them”.<\/p>\n

5. Furthermore, it is proposed to grant to any member of the Board of Directors the most ample powers so that each one, individually, can grant the competent deed of alteration of the statutes, under the terms proposed herein.<\/p>\n

6. Discussion of any other issue that has been formally presented to the Chamber by email or sent to the Chamber\u2019s headquarters by the 14th June 2021.<\/p>\n

Should the necessary quorum of at least half the associates fail to be met for the initial notice, a second meeting has been provisionally scheduled for half an hour later (12:00pm). This second meeting may validly be held with any number of members present, in line with number 3 of Article 15 of the Statutes.<\/p>\n
