Throughout last year we all experienced some challenging times, be it professionally or personally. One year later and with the successful rise of the vaccine, we hope everything will go back to \u2018normal\u2019 sooner rather than later, but there might be some things that are here to stay!<\/p>\n

Many businesses were forced to go digital in a very short time and working from home turned out to be the new reality for the vast majority of office workers. Although most of us miss the office dynamic and the occasional casual conversation near the coffee machine, for many, working from home also showed its positive side. Employers could spend less on expensive office rents, and workers could take hours off their daily commute. Even if some of us might migrate back to the office again after Covid, one thing is certain \u2013 working remotely has undergone an important revolution.<\/p>\n

What does this mean for the future? How does it affect the workplace and labour law? How does it affect the business culture and HR management? Last but not least, what about business development?<\/p>\n

These are the topics to be discussed during our first edition of The International Netstorming Sessions joint event, organised by the Dutch, British and French-Portuguese Chambers of Commerce. Each topic will be addressed in separate breakout rooms, where members of the three Chambers will join to network and brainstorm under the main umbrella theme “Leading businesses in a changing world”.<\/p>\n

About this event:<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the event, and following a short introduction by our keynote speaker \u2013 Tim Vieira of Bravegeneration, S.A.<\/strong> \u2013 a total of 60 members from the Dutch, British and French Chambers will come together to brainstorm and network around one of the following topics:<\/p>\n

\u2022 E-Workplace & Labour Law
\n\u2022 E-Business Culture
\n\u2022 E-Business Development<\/p>\n

There will be 2 breakout rooms per topic with a moderator and the goal is to meet members of the other Chambers of Commerce and expand your network whilst discussing a theme of mutual interest.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we kindly ask you to indicate, in the NOTES, your two preferences for the breakout sessions you wish to attend. Please also be aware that registrations will be accepted on a first to come, first served basis, and that each Chamber can only accept 20 participants.<\/p>\n
