Brief introduction: <\/strong><\/p>

Richard is a Wellness coach, acupuncturist and manager in Moihnos Velhos Yoga Detox retreat center.<\/em><\/p>

Cristina is a holistic hydrotherapist passionate about toxin liberation and creating synergies for improving people\u2019s health.<\/em><\/p>

Cristina signed up for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program after a presentation in her local area. Then, Richard registered in the platform as a host entrepreneur as well given the possibilities to successfully enhance client\u2019s wellbeing with the integration of medical grade ionic hydrotherapy treatments<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>

The expected benefits were rising client\u2019s wellness and satisfaction as well as learning a multidisciplinary approach to detox.<\/em><\/p>

Activities undertaken: <\/strong><\/p>

The activities undertaken between the host entrepreneur and the new entrepreneur were meetings, briefings for logistics, presentations, feedback sessions and hydrotherapy treatments.<\/em><\/p>

Benefits achieved: <\/strong><\/p>

An augmentation in the customer\u2019s satisfaction and well-being during the Juice detox program with the addition of medical grade ionic hydrotherapy and a development of a wider view on holistic health and confidence regarding this innovative depurative practice.<\/em><\/p>

Quotation regarding the experience<\/strong>: <\/em><\/p>

NE<\/strong>:<\/strong> \u201c <\/em>During the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program I\u2019ve been immersed in an enriching osmosis of therapies and activities such as juice making, yoga classes, back massages, presentations, meditations and tea ceremonies, just to name a few. \u00a0<\/p>

I\u2019ve learnt about the synergies and the amount of organization that requires facilitating Health & Wellness experiences and retreats to clients.\u00a0<\/p>

As result of doing facilitation for guests with different pathologies, such as hypertension, alcohol addiction or hormonal imbalances, I have had the chance to see that the toxin liberation sessions I administer bring relaxation, a greater homeostasis in the ph and a sense of lightness to each individual.\u00a0<\/p>

In this diversity and thanks to this project, I happened to find the ideal customer avatar for the development of my future business: people with blood thickening issues, poor venous return, varicose veins and edema.\u00a0<\/p>

My tutor Richard, Karen, Christopher and the doctor Gijsje in charge of the medical check-ups in the centre have been a huge inspiration for me these months.\u00a0<\/p>

Thank you for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program I’ve been able to work side by side with such great Health and Wellness professionals, it has been an experience I can only recommend\u201d<\/em><\/p>

HE: <\/strong>\u201c<\/em>It\u2019s been fantastic having Cristina with us, she\u2019s fully immersed herself into life at Moinhos Velhos and it\u2019s been a very mutually beneficial experience both from Cristina\u2019s feedback about her time with us and what we\u2019ve experienced from her participation.<\/p>

Guest feedback about her treatments has been great, with them being extremely fascinated by the process as a whole, and we all feel they have augmented the juice detox programme wonderfully. Alongside her treatment sessions she also conducted presentations which were also similarly well received.<\/p>

During her time with us she\u2019s also been a valuable member of the community, also offering treatments to her colleagues.<\/p>

We look forward to further participation in this great project.\u201d<\/em><\/p>
