Conrad Algarve has joined the portfolio of Quinta do Lago<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Algarve\u2019s luxurious Quinta do Lago<\/a><\/strong> resort has acquired the prestigious <\/strong>Conrad Algarve<\/a><\/strong> hotel from a fund managed by ECS<\/strong><\/a>, an asset management entity partly owned by Davidson Kempner Capital Management<\/a>.<\/p>

This landmark transaction, described as a \u201chistoric acquisition<\/strong>\u201c, has been officially confirmed by the resort months after it was reported that Denis O\u2019Brien \u2013 the owner of Quinta do Lago \u2013 was planning to buy the hotel for around \u20ac100 million<\/a>. However, the financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

The five-star Conrad Algarve boasts an impressive array of amenities: 154 suites, 80 apartments, two villas, six restaurants (one Michelin-starred) and bars, and a world-class spa. Located within the Quinta do Lago resort in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the addition of Conrad Algarve to the resort\u2019s portfolio is seen as a transformative move for the brand.<\/strong><\/p>

The deal was also celebrated by Manuel Noronha Andrade, CEO of ECS.<\/strong><\/p>
