JLL announces the new management committee that will lead the business in Portugal, composed of Patr\u00edcia Bar\u00e3o, Head of Residential, Marta Louren\u00e7o, Head of Portfolio Solutions and Value & Risk Advisory, and Carlos Cardoso, Managing Director at T\u00e9tris Portugal. This appointment follows the decision of the previous CEO, Pedro Lancastre, to leave JLL at the end of 2023.<\/p>

Patr\u00edcia Bar\u00e3o will chair the new management committee and the Board, with the support of Marta Louren\u00e7o and Carlos Cardoso.<\/p>

Patr\u00edcia joined JLL in 2015 as Head of Residential. She is the Vice-President of the Association of Real Estate Professionals and Companies (APEMIP) and Founder and Director of Wire Portugal (Women in Real Estate). She also coordinates the Real Estate Consulting course at ISEG and teaches the Luxury Real Estate Sales Management course at the same institution.<\/p>

Marta Louren\u00e7o joined JLL in April 2010 as a Senior Consultant in Valuations, where she was responsible for international and institutional clients, focusing on retail assets and large portfolios. She currently leads the areas of Value & Risk Advisory for Portugal and Portfolio Solutions for Portugal, Spain, and Italy, and is also responsible for regulated appraisals and subscription of large portfolios.<\/p>

Carlos Cardoso joined JLL in 2010 as Director of the Architecture Department. Later, in 2015, he became the Commercial Director of T\u00e9tris before being promoted to Head of Office in 2017. In 2021, he was appointed Managing Director of T\u00e9tris in Portugal.<\/p>

Matthew Richards, CEO of Capital Markets at JLL for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, states: \u201cPatr\u00edcia, Marta, and Carlos are exceptional leaders and I am sure they will be fundamental to the growth and consolidation of JLL in Portugal. They bring deep business knowledge and considerable experience in the sector. This appointment ensures that JLL will remain a strong and intelligent partner, continuing to support our clients as we build the foundation for the next period of growth and success of JLL in Portugal. I wish Patr\u00edcia, Marta, and Carlos all the best in their new positions and would like to thank Pedro Lancastre for his leadership and professionalism, which contributed to the success of JLL over the last 16 years.\u201d<\/p>
