Conrad Algarve confirma o alinhamento para o segunda extravagância culinária, com os melhores chefes, mixologistas e enólogos

Conrad Algarve is excited to announce the final line up of award-winning chefs and mixologists for the second annual Culinary Extravaganza. The three-day gourmet showcase will see 15 globally renowned chefs and seven mixologists and sommeliers descend on the five-star Conrad Algarve to create a series of exclusive events. Hosted by one of the world’s leading chefs, Heinz Beck, the weekend will run from 4-6 November 2017.

The magnificent chef line-up includes Chris Galvin and Joo Won from the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows Hilton London Park Lane rubbing shoulders alongside Jacab-Jan Boerma of De Leest, Grand Café Krasnapolsky, Sidney Schutte of Librije’s Zusje at Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and Franco Luise of Hilton Prague. They will be joined by mixologists from across the Hilton portfolio of outlets including Dorian Ketz of Cloud 23 at Hilton Manchester Deansgate as well as Conrad Algarve’s Head Sommelier Miguel Martins who will lead on drink pairings and masterclasses.

The weekend will commence with the grand opening Culinary Heaven on 4 November with a Cocktail Experience followed by the Michelin Dining Experience led by premier chefs Jacob-Jan Boerma, Ricardo Costa, Maurizio Serva and Heinz Beck. Other stand-out events throughout the weekend include the BBQ Brunch at Dado on 5 November and a sumptuous Roof Garden lunch before the closing event at Gusto hosted by Sidney Schutte, Heinz Beck, Chris Galvin and Joo Won on 6 November. The programme also welcomes two new exciting additions on 6 November including Sparkling Sommelier; the international launch of the new sparkling “Sommelier” which originates from the Region of Bairrada – the wine region of Portgual. Carlos Dias will also introduce the first edition of WineJFFJust for friends, a new concept that is exclusive to the weekend.
